Privacy Policy – Swiffle Grid
This privacy policy explains how the WordPress plugin “Swiffle Grid” (hereinafter “the plugin”) processes data during installation, activation, and use. By using the plugin, you fully agree to this policy.
1. Data processed by the plugin
The plugin does not collect or transmit any personal data to the developer (Charmettesbros).
However, the plugin may locally process certain technical data necessary for its operation, including:
- plugin settings and configuration,
- technical information about the WordPress environment,
- API requests required for license verification,
- plugin version information.
None of this data is sent to the developer unless you voluntarily provide it when requesting support.
2. License and subscription data
Licenses, subscriptions, payments, taxes, and invoices are handled exclusively by Dodo Payments, acting as the Merchant of Record.
Processing of this data is governed by Dodo Payments’ policies:
The plugin developer does not have access to payment information, banking details, addresses, tax numbers, or any other personal data processed by Dodo Payments.
3. Cookies
The plugin does not set any cookies and does not track users. However, your WordPress installation may use its own cookies independently of the plugin.
4. Data sent during support requests
If you contact technical support via our contact form, you may provide additional information (screenshots, configuration details, error logs, etc.).
This data is used solely for technical assistance and is never sold or shared with third parties.
5. Security
The plugin operates locally on your WordPress site and does not transmit personal data to the developer. You are responsible for the overall security of your site, including:
- keeping WordPress up to date,
- updating plugins and themes,
- properly configuring your hosting environment,
- managing administrator access.
Given the constantly evolving nature of digital threats (cyberattacks, intrusion attempts, malware, etc.), it is the user's responsibility to maintain adequate vigilance and security measures for their infrastructure. Applicable limitations of liability are set out in the Legal Notice.
6. Third‑party services
The plugin may communicate with Dodo Payments’ servers to verify the status of your license or subscription. This communication is minimal and contains no personal data.
7. Data storage
The plugin does not store any personal data outside your own WordPress installation. Local technical data is retained as long as the plugin remains installed.
8. Your rights
Since the plugin does not collect personal data, the developer does not perform any processing subject to GDPR.
For data processed by Dodo Payments, you may exercise your rights directly through their privacy policy.
9. Changes to this policy
The developer reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
