Terms of Use – Swiffle Grid

These Terms of Use govern the installation, activation, and use of the WordPress plugin “Swiffle Grid” (hereinafter “the plugin”). By using the plugin, you fully and unconditionally agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the plugin

The plugin provides advanced grid layouts, content display features, and customization options for WordPress websites. It is designed to enhance user experience, optimize content presentation, and offer a high level of flexibility.

2. License of use

You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the plugin on your WordPress websites, in accordance with the plan or subscription purchased through Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record).

3. Merchant of Record

All transactions (purchases, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, refunds) are processed exclusively by Dodo Payments, acting as the Merchant of Record.

You can review Dodo Payments’ legal and commercial terms here:

The plugin developer (Charmettesbros) is not the legal seller and does not process any payment data.

4. Refund Policy

Not satisfied within 14 days of your first Swiffle Grid purchase (Store, Connect, or Bundle — 1-year/1-site plans)? Get a full refund, no questions asked. Limited to one refund total per customer, across all plans.

Refund requests must be submitted through our ticketing system (see Section 6, Technical support) or directly via Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments in accordance with their own refund procedures.

5. Updates

The plugin may receive updates including new features, improvements, bug fixes, and security patches. You agree to install these updates to maintain compatibility and security.

6. Technical support

Technical support is provided exclusively through our ticketing system, accessible from My Tickets once logged into your account. No phone support is offered.

We aim to provide a first response within 2 business days. This timeframe is indicative only and not guaranteed: it may be longer during periods of high demand. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

This ticketing system is intended exclusively for paid plan customers (Store, Connect, Bundle). If you are using the free version of the plugin distributed on WordPress.org, support is provided via the WordPress.org support forum.

7. Compatibility

The plugin is designed to be compatible with supported versions of WordPress and, where applicable, WooCommerce. It is your responsibility to ensure that your environment meets the minimum technical requirements.

8. Permitted use

You agree not to misuse the plugin. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • attempting to access the source code or perform reverse engineering,
  • unauthorized redistribution or resale,
  • use in violation of applicable laws,
  • attempts to bypass licensing or subscription mechanisms.

9. Data processing

The plugin may process certain technical data necessary for its operation (settings, API requests, WordPress environment information, etc.). No personal data is transmitted to the developer unless explicitly requested by you for support purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

The plugin is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind. The developer (Charmettesbros) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the plugin.

11. Termination

Your right to use the plugin may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms or if your subscription through Dodo Payments expires or is cancelled.

12. Changes to the terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
