Answers to common questions about Swiffle Grid.

Videos and maps don’t always render in the editor.

This is because Gutenberg renders the block editor inside an iframe. On the live page, all components render fine.

I added the embed code to my remote website and I get a « No data » or « Service denied » error.

You must whitelist the remote website’s URL in your Swiffle settings, then enable the relevant source type(s):

CSV files
RSS feeds
WooCommerce products
Custom connectors

The checkout page doesn’t show a « Back to cart » link when reached from a Swiffle Grid WooCommerce block.

You must set a target page (« Redirect the store to a page » → « Target page ») and enable « Redirect the cart to store » in your Swiffle settings — without a target page defined, there’s nowhere for the link to point to.
